1. Offer Overview

This offer is subject to stock availability and entitles eligible customers to receive a discount equivalent to the value of GST on the purchase of a new 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ vehicle within the Offer Period (Offer).

2. Offer Period

2025 Cadillac LYRIQ’s must be ordered between 7 August 2025 and 30 September 2025 and delivered by 30 November 2025 in order for customers to take advantage of the Offer.  Any vehicle that is scheduled with the customer to be delivered by 30 November but is delayed through no fault or direction of the customer will continue to be eligible for this offer.  Cadillac New Zealand may choose to extend the campaign subject to stock availability.

3. Offer Discount Structure

The total value of the GST based on the Manufacturer’s Standard Retail Price (MSRP) and specification) will be deducted from the vehicle purchase price.

4. Eligibility

Offer is valid for private and business customers and applies to new Cadillac LYRIQ vehicles purchased through authorised Cadillac New Zealand retail channels during the Offer Period.

5. General Conditions

Offer is limited and available while stocks last.

Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

The offer can be applied in conjunction with other retail promotions unless otherwise specified within any applicable terms and conditions.

Any additional charges or options selected by the customer (including but not limited to accessories, non-standard paint, or upgrades) may incur additional charges that will not be included in the MSRP that will be the basis for the value of the GST which will be deducted from the vehicle purchase price under this Offer.

Cadillac New Zealand reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice. .

6. Pricing and Transparency

The customer’s vehicle purchase contract will reflect the total vehicle price after applying a discount equivalent to the total GST based on the vehicle’s MSRP and standard specification (not including additional charges or options ordered by the customer). The customer will continue to be responsible to pay GST as required, with Cadillac New Zealand applying a discount to the vehicle price to offset those charges. 

7. Delivery Deadline

Vehicles must be delivered and registered by 30 November 2025 to be eligible for this Offer.
