1. Offer Overview

This offer is subject to stock availability and entitles eligible customers to receive a discount equivalent to the combined value of on-road costs and Luxury Car Tax (LCT) on the purchase of a new 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ vehicle within the Offer Period (Offer).

2. Offer Period

2025 Cadillac LYRIQ’s must be ordered between 7 August 2025 and 30th September 2025 and delivered by 30 November 2025 in order for customers to take advantage of the Offer. Any vehicle that is scheduled with the customer to be delivered by 30 November but is delayed through no fault or direction of the customer will continue to be eligible for this offer. Cadillac Australia may choose to extend the campaign subject to stock availability.

3. Offer Discount Structure

The total value of the following charges (where applicable, and as based on the Manufacturer’s Standard Retail Price (MSRP) and specification) will be deducted from the vehicle purchase price: - Local Stamp Duty - Local Registration Costs - Local Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance - Local Plate Fees - Luxury Car Tax (LCT) These costs will vary between each State and Territory.

4. Eligibility

Offer is valid for private and business customers andapplies to new Cadillac LYRIQ vehicles purchased through authorised CadillacAustralia retail channels during the Offer Period.

5. General Conditions
Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The offer can be applied in conjunction with other retail promotions unless otherwise specified within any applicable terms and conditions. Any additional charges or options selected by the customer (including but not limited to accessories, non-standard paint, or upgrades) may incur additional on-road costs not covered under this Offer. Cadillac Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice.

6. Pricing and Transparency
The customer’s vehicle purchase contract will reflect the total vehicle price after applying a discount equivalent to the total on-road costs and LCT based on the vehicle’s MSRP and standard specification. The customer will continue to be responsible to pay all on road costs and LCT as required, with Cadillac Australia applying a discount to the vehicle price to offset those charges. For the avoidance of any doubt, Cadillac Australia is not responsible for paying on road costs and LCT to third parties that impose these costs on the customer.

7. Delivery Deadline

Vehicles must be delivered and registered by 30 November 2025 to be eligible for this Offer.
