PAY BY LINK TERMS & CONDITIONS
General Motors Australia and New Zealand Pty Ltd / General Motors New Zealand Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Cadillac”) uses a third-party payment provider called Adyen to facilitate payments made by via credit card transactions by using a service called Pay By Link. Cadillac will not collect or store your card information. Learn more about how Adyen processes your transaction and manages your data.
These Pay by Link Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) should be reviewed before you make a payment for the vehicle you have configured in the vehicle configurator (“Configured Vehicle”) using the Pay By Link service. By providing these Terms Cadillac is offering to accept payment via a the Pay By Link service for your Configured Vehicle. Once Cadillac has received full payment for the Configured Vehicle Cadillac will be in touch with further details.
CARD, PROCESSING & OTHER FEES
Cadillac incurs payment processing fees from its third-party payment provider, Adyen, and card providers, to facilitate Pay By Link and enable payment via credit card. By proceeding to use Pay By Link to purchase your Configured Vehicle, you accept that you will be charged a 1% processing fee to cover processing fees on most major card providers. You will be charged 3.95% if you process your payment with an American Express (AMEX) card. This fee is in addition to your Configured Vehicle price as outlined in your New Vehicle Sales Contract issued by Cadillac.
PRIVACY
Cadillac uses a third-party payment provider called Adyen to facilitate payment via Pay By Link and Cadillac will not collect or store your card information. Learn more about how Adyen processes your transaction and manages your data.
Cadillac has collected your personal information (as the Customer), in prior interactions with you, to process your purchase of the Vehicle and associated administrative purposes as authorised by law. Cadillac will not be able to sell you the Vehicle if you decide to withhold your personal information.
Your personal information may be disclosed by Cadillac to third parties who provide services to Cadillac such as payment processors in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Cadillac may provide your information to its related entities including those located overseas in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States of America, New Zealand, and South Africa.
